What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a proactive WHS Advisor to join our Mushroom team at our Monarto site, playing a key role in supporting a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment. Reporting to the WHS Manager, you will provide hands-on health, safety and injury management support, working closely with leaders and employees to drive Costa’s Vision Zero commitment and embed strong safety practices across operations.

You’ll bring strong communication and influencing skills, a practical, solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to partner with stakeholders across site. With a proactive and collaborative approach, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement are central to everything we do.

This role is full time based at Monarto.

What you'll do:

  • Provide hands-on WHS support across site, coaching leaders and employees
  • Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations and hazard identification
  • Maintain WHS systems, training records and compliance documentation
  • Support injury management, early intervention and return to work processes
  • Deliver WHS training, toolbox talks and safety communications
  • Drive safety initiatives and continuous improvement aligned to Vision Zero.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a WHS or injury management role (3+ years)
  • Formal WHS qualification (Cert IV minimum or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and ISO standards
  • Proven ability to influence and coach stakeholders across operations
  • Experience with audits, investigations and safety management systems
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
