We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Rocklea team and play a key role in leading daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced fresh produce environment.

Location: Rocklea, Brisbane
Hours: Working hours will be between 2 am and 11am, Monday to Sunday depending on business demand.

This is a hands-on role, responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities while leading and supporting a team to ensure the safe, efficient and timely movement of fresh produce to customers. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for organising and directing warehouse operations to effectively manage the receipt, storage, selection, loading and dispatch of fresh produce. You'll work closely with the operational and sales teams to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
  2. Leading and supervising daily warehouse operations
  3. Coordinating receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch activities
  4. Managing daily rosters and workforce planning to ensure operational coverage
  5. Allocating resources to meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets
  6. Maintaining accurate stock control and pallet management
  7. Supporting and developing team members

What You'll Bring to the Role

  1. Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership role
  2. Current Forklift Licence preferred
  3. Experience within logistics, warehousing, FMCG or fresh produce environments
  4. Strong people management skills
  5. Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
  6. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  7. Strong problem-solving ability and continuous improvement mindset
  8. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
