About the role

We are currently engaging with interested team members to join our Transport & Logistics team. This is a casual seasonal role with an information session schduled for Tuesday the 1st of April. You will be required to work across a 7-day roster which will include weekend work.

As part of our transport & logistics team, you will play an integral part of the supply chain process, as the role you perform ensures the product is delivered to the right place at exactly the right time to provide the highest quality of fruit to our consumers.

About You
  • MR Licence.
  • Expereince driving small trucks/machinery - we have some trucks that can be driven with a car license. 
  • Forklift Licence (desirable).
  • You are not afraid of hard work and having a go!
  • During harvest we run a 7 days a week operation – weekend availability is desirable.
  • You want to meet new people, make new friends, learn about new cultures.
  • You ask loads of questions: if you see or are not sure about something please speak up, we are here to support you.
  • Ability to follow direction.
  • Great time management skills, can complete tasks to set standards/benchmarks.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Our team relies on you being at work, reliable attendance is very important.
How will I get paid?
  • You will be paid an hourly rate in accordance with the role you will be undertaking.
  • Your hourly rate will be determined by the Costa Berries Enterprise Agreement 
  • Weekly pay every Wednesday by Bank transfer
  • Payslips are emailed at the same time to your nominated email address
  • Superannuation is paid in line with legislation
