We are excited to offer the opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to step into the role of Talent Acquisition Manager. This is your chance to influence Costa’s talent strategy and play a key role in shaping our future workforce.

About this position:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be asked to:

  • Act as a strategic partner to attract and maintain talent pools for professional and leadership roles across Costa.
  • Support the recruitment lifecycle for key roles, and optimise utilisation of the recruitment agency network.
  • Design and improve recruitment processes using data and innovative approaches.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines aligned with Costa’s future workforce needs, and maintain strong candidate experience and relationships.
  • Develop and champion a consistent Employee Value Proposition and employer brand internally and externally.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment metrics and market trends.
We are looking for:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative talent sourcing and pipeline strategies, including use of digital ATS and HR Technology platforms, talent communities and proactive engagement methods
  • Ability to travel and collaborate across multiple business units.
