What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a proactive Stores Coordinator to join our Engineering & Reliability team at our state-of-the-art mushroom facility in Monarto, near Murray Bridge in South Australia. Reporting to the E&R Site Leader, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining an efficient, well-organised stores function that supports our 24/7 operations. This role works on-site Monday to Friday, from 7am - 3pm.

You’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a systems mindset, with the ability to build and manage both physical and digital inventory processes. With a hands-on and solutions-focused approach, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is valued.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement a new stores layout and stock management system
  • Manage inventory of parts, tools, and critical spares
  • Maintain accurate stock records using our digital systems (MEX/Coupa)
  • Support procurement, storage, and distribution of materials
  • Train team members on stores processes and systems
  • Drive continuous improvement across inventory and store operations.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse coordination
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Experience with inventory/CMMS systems (MEX desirable)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Forklift licence
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
