Our team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Property Relationship Lead to join our compassionate team on a full-time basis in Emerald, QLD.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Relationship Lead to oversee and strengthen stakeholder relationships across our Emerald operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring a consistent, professional operation for all stakeholders, while supporting governance, and organisational reputation. Operating as a senior escalation and relationship point, this role leads through influence, collaboration, and sound judgement rather than direct operational control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage relationships with property owners, agents, and key partners;
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive relationship matters;
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement aligns with corporate standards, policies, and values;
  • Oversee relationship-related aspects of entry, routine, and exit processes;
  • Identify and manage risks related to property condition, and reputation;
  • Develop sound procedures and reporting for entry, weekly and exit inspections; and
  • Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership

About You

You are a confident, credible relationship professional with strong judgement and a calm, solutions-focused approach. You are comfortable managing complex stakeholder matters and influencing outcomes in a structured, corporate environment. You will bring: - Experience in property, asset management, or stakeholder relationship roles - Strong communication skills, including managing sensitive conversations - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work autonomously - Relevant qualification in property, business, or a related discipline (desirable)
