What we are looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our vertical farming team. This is a full-time role based on-site at Monarto, near Murray Bridge in South Australia, and overseeing projects across both Monarto (SA) and Mernda (VIC). This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage multiple projects from concept and design through to planning, budgeting, delivery, monitoring and close-out.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, site leaders, external partners and suppliers to make sure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and aligned to business needs. With several projects running at once, this role will suit someone who is organised, commercially minded and confident managing competing priorities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships and turning business requirements into practical project plans. You’ll play an important role in supporting continuous improvement, project governance and the successful delivery of key operational outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead project scoping, planning, scheduling and delivery across multiple concurrent projects, including some projects with budgets of up to $2-3 million.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditure, procurement and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and risks well managed.
  • Prepare project documentation, progress updates, dashboards and close-out reviews.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience managing multiple projects of varying size, complexity and competing priorities.
  • Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, resource management and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership capability.
  • A qualification in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
