Pre Pack - Team Leader (Afternoon shifts)
A fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced & supportive team, reporting to the Post Harvest Coordinator in Monarto, South Australia. This hands-on role focusses on the supporting the supervision of the Pre-pack team and ensuring the daily operations & tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in prioritising competing tasks within a fast-paced environment, open communication skills and capacity to meet timeframes while supporting employees to adhere to hygienic practices & product flow.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly plans and efficiency rates are met
- Ensuring the smooth running of the Prepack functions
- Maintaining open and honest communication with the Post Harvest Coordinator
- Operation of machinery as per SWPs
- Quality Control
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained
- Assist in managing performance and development team members
- Maintain compliance with all Company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication
- High levels of attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise competing tasks
- Commitment to Health, Safety and Quality policies and procedures
- High Risk (Forklift) licence (preferred)
