Maintenance Supervisor - Dunorlan, TAS

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on professional for a long-term opportunity as a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Blackberry Team in Dunorlan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of our operations team with a strong focus on workplace safety.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, safety-focused, and enjoys leading a team in a dynamic work environment.

The tasks include, but are not limited to:

 Supervising daily labour activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

• Promoting a safe working environment while supporting operational goals.
• Prioritise tasks and delegate them to team members accordingly.
• Develop team effectiveness and succession planning.
• Leads by example - show a consistent work ethic, respect, enthusiasm for the task.
• Identify and report all Issues to line manager.
• Provide positive and encouraging feedback to team members.

About you:

• A driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
• Looking for long term ongoing employment

• Agricultural/horticultural experience is desired but not a requirement
