Logistics Coordinator - Renmark SA

Costa's, Australia’s leading grower, packer, and marketer of premium-quality fresh fruit and vegetables, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Citrus & Grapes team in Renmark. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring our premium produce reaches national and international markets efficiently and at its best.

About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator based in Renmark, South Australia, you will be the heart of our export operations, managing the flow of avocado, citrus and grape exports from our farms to ports worldwide. Your work will have a tangible impact on maintaining Costa’s reputation for delivering premium produce to customers and partners globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage container releases, pickups, and deliveries to ensure seamless coordination across shipping lines and transport providers.
• Oversee and align export schedules with business objectives, ensuring compliance with protocols and sales requirements.
• Track and control shipping costs, including additional fees such as late receivals, to maintain cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with packhouses, shipping lines, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.
• Provide administrative and logistical support during peak periods and contribute to initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency.

What you’ll bring to the role:  

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with national and international partners.
• A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with export documentation systems such as BSM is a plus.
• A proactive attitude, with the flexibility to adapt to extended hours during peak seasons.
• Experience in logistics or transport operations is highly regarded but not essential if you are motivated to learn and grow.
