We’re seeking a Junior Assistant Supervisor to support our Lead Coordinator in day-to-day operations across our thriving berry farm. This is a hands-on, practical role suited to someone who’s motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to build a long-term career in agriculture and be trained in a variety of areas on the farm.

About the role:  

• Assisting the Lead Coordinator across a variety of operational tasks
• Operating tractors and machinery as required
• Supporting tunnel construction and maintenance
• Installing crop netting and infrastructure
• Performing tasks within both the Establishment and Maintenance teams
• Learning and applying farm safety, efficiency, and quality standards

About you:

• A strong work ethic and genuine interest in horticulture or farm operations
• Keen to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced leadership
• Physically fit and capable of outdoor, manual work
• Driver’s licence
• Basic machinery experience (tractor work) desirable but not essential as training will be given
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• School leavers encouraged to apply
