HR Coordinator Vertical Farming - South Australia

A great opportunity has been created to work within the Vertical Farming Category.  The HR Coordinator will help service the Monarto Mushroom client base of approximately 500 valued team members.  This exciting and dynamic role is responsible for coordinating a number of key HR activities on site and supporting the HR Manager to implement contemporary HR policies, processes, programs and systems designed to improve business unit performance.  No two days will ever be the same!

The person we are looking for will need to have a HR background preferably with a relevant tertiary qualification, however more important is having a collaborative and customer centric approach and capability to build strong relationships and trust across the business at all levels. Furthermore, the ability to engage and work with the business and assist in driving the HR strategy with visibility, initiative and energy are required key attributes leading to a successful employee oriented high-performance empowered culture.

Success in this role is measured on the following skills and abilities:

  • Systems proficient - Microsoft Suite, use of recruitment and L&D programs
  • Well developed verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional approach and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail which ensures accurate and up to date records are maintained
  • Ability to focus and balance multiple tasks and interruptions to achieve delegated tasks within agreed timeframes
