What we are looking for:
We are looking for an organised and approachable HR & PALM Administration Support Officer to join our Guyra Glasshouse team on a full time basis. This varied role will provide essential administration, compliance, payroll and coordination support across the PALM Scheme and broader HR function. You will help maintain accurate workforce processes while supporting a positive and well-managed experience for our workers.
What you’ll do:
- Manage PALM documentation, worker records, reporting and compliance requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, work rights checks and employee documentation.
- Support HR projects, audits and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
- Assist with weekly payroll administration and respond to employment-related enquiries.
- Coordinate worker travel, transport, accommodation and arrival documentation.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience supporting recruitment, payroll or HR administration processes would be seen as advantageous.
- The knowledge of, or ability to develop the knowledge of, the PALM Scheme, working rights and visa types.
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
