HR Administration Assistant
We currently have a fantastic opportunity in our HR team. Located onsite in Guyra NSW, this role would suit a university student studying a HR/business related degree who is seeking exposure to the HR and administration field, or a local candidate with relevant Administration experience.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Site reception, including being the first point of contact for site visitors;
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy employee records and files;
- Supporting recruitment and on-boarding administration;
- Supporting administration aspects of weekly payroll processing where required;
- General administrative tasks such as filing, mail collection etc.
To be successful in the role, you will require:
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to effectively balance multiple tasks, frequent interruptions and competing priorities;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment;
- A friendly and approachable personality with exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy;
- Good IT skills including general to intermediate level MS Excel skills;
- Australian Citizenship/Permanent residency or a visa with work rights for a minimum of 4 years;
- Own vehicle and drivers licence;
- Be available for a minimum of 2 days per week and additional hours over holidays;
- HR, payroll or general administrative qualifications and/or experience will be highly regarded.
