Based in the Mildura region. Work runs across citrus (Jun–Oct) across nearby sites, with opportunities to keep working through the season. Harvest Supervisors for seasonal work in the Mildura region. Paid training provided, with opportunities for ongoing work through the season. Reporting to the Harvest Manager, you’ll support a large harvest team, helping everyone work safely, accurately and productively.
Key Responsibilities
As a Harvest Supervisor, you’ll lead the crew on the ground—safe work, correct technique, clear direction, and strong daily output. You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervise daily harvest activities to meet WHS, quality and productivity standards.
- Train and assess pickers to ensure correct technique and consistent performance.
- Maintain WHS and quality compliance at all times; report incidents immediately.
- Make sure pickers have the right resources (bin label cards, PPE, ladders, picking bags).
- Monitor harvest equipment (bins, ladders, bags) and report issues so it stays in safe working order.
- Complete run sheets daily and submit them to the Farm Manager.
- Attend pre-start meetings with the Farm Manager and harvest teams.
- Liaise with transport to keep empty bins coming and full bins moving to the packhouse on time.
- Support harvest planning and orchard setup with the Farm Manager and Harvest Management team.
- Ensure electronic field data is captured accurately each day (performance management and payroll).
- Meet safety, quality and productivity targets.

- Reliable transport; flexible for early starts, late finishes and some weekends.
