Costa's Vertical Farming category brings together our premium glasshouse produce and mushroom businesses, supplying tomatoes, capsicums and mushrooms to major retailers and customers across Australia through advanced growing technologies, operational excellence and customer-focused strategies.
We are seeking a motivated graduate to join Costa's Human Resources team based in Monarto, South Australia, supporting one of Australia's most advanced horticultural operations.
This is a permanent full-time graduate opportunity where you'll combine structured development with hands-on HR experience, supporting recruitment, workforce planning, employee development and people initiatives that help our teams perform at their best. Working alongside experienced HR professionals and operational leaders, you'll gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle while contributing to projects and initiatives that support business performance and employee experience.

About this position:
As a graduate within Costa's HR team, you'll work across a broad range of people and business activities that help attract, develop and support our workforce.
No two days are the same. One day you may be supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, the next assisting with workforce planning discussions, employee development initiatives or HR reporting and business projects.

About you:
We're looking for graduates who are curious, people-focused and interested in helping organisations and employees succeed. You may have recently completed (or be in your final year of) a degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business
- Commerce
- Psychology
- Organisational Development
- Industrial Relations
- Or a related discipline
You will also:
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
