Government Relations Manager

Location: Vientiane Capital, Laos

Reporting to: General Manager – Laos

Costa Berry Laos is seeking an experienced Government Relations Manager to lead engagement with government stakeholders and support the company's regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives.

This role will serve as the primary representative of Costa Berry Laos in building and maintaining relationships with ministries, regulatory authorities, investment agencies, and local government sectors. The successful candidate will advise management on government affairs, facilitate stakeholder engagement, support business continuity, and help position Costa Berry Laos as a trusted partner in Laos' agricultural sector.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in government relations, public administration, regulatory affairs, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong network and experience working with government authorities and senior public sector stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong Lao language writing skills; English proficiency is highly desirable.
