Forklift / Warehouse Operator
Costa's Wholesale Markets provide marketing services for growers' produce through our market floor.
We have an exciting opportunity for Forklift / Warehouse Operators to join our high-performing and friendly Wholesale Markets team located in the Melbourne Produce Markets at Epping in Victoria. These roles are Casual, and shift & weekend work will be required.
Typical duties include:
- Receiving, sorting and dispatching orders
- Using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Working in a refrigerated environment
- Pick and pack store orders
- Manual lifting of stock
- Stacking and wrapping orders
Minimum criteria:
- Forklift license (license to perform high risk work) preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong safety mentality
