What we are looking for:

We’re seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support Costa’s Berry International operations, delivering high-quality financial insights that drive better business decisions. Reporting to the CFO – Berry International, this role connects financial performance with operational and strategic outcomes across multiple countries.

This is a true business partnering role, where your ability to influence, challenge and collaborate is just as important as your technical capability. You’ll work alongside regional leaders to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, helping shape decisions on growth, investment and performance improvement.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys working across competing priorities and time zones. If you value strong relationships, continuous improvement and making a tangible impact, this is a great opportunity to step into a global-facing role.

This role is full time based on-site in Coffs Harbour, therefore applicants must be located nearby or willing to relocate to be considered.

What you'll do:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across international operations
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis, including variance analysis, modelling and business case development
  • Consolidate and report global financial performance, providing clear commentary to executive stakeholders
  • Partner with regional and country leaders to support commercial decisions and improve business outcomes
  • Support strategic initiatives including market expansion, investment evaluation and long-term planning
  • Contribute to capital management, cash flow oversight and continuous improvement across reporting and governance.

What you'll bring:

  • CA/CPA qualification with a tertiary background in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • Experience in complex, multi-entity environments, ideally with exposure to international operations and consolidations
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and identify key drivers of performance
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders across finance and operations
  • Experience with financial modelling and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
