We are looking for a passionate Finance & Administration Officer to join our high-performing team on a full-time basis in Emerald, QLD.

About the role:

  • Manage site accounts, ensuring timely processing and supplier relationship management.
  • Assist with weekly payroll data preparation.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register, including vehicle and equipment documentation.
  • Support seasonal worker onboarding and compliance checks.
  • Assist in site audits and reporting activities.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including reception duties and issuing worker ID cards.
  • Uphold strong compliance and recordkeeping standards.

Who we are looking for:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems (or a willingness to learn fast!).
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and data accuracy skills.
  • A can-do attitude, with a focus on customer service and results.
