Our 2PH farms in Emerald are renowned for producing some of the finest citrus in the country — and now we’re looking for a Finance & Administration Officer to help support our operations!

Reporting to the Finance & Administration Lead, you’ll play a critical role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, assisting with payroll, and providing key administrative support to keep the farm operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site accounts, ensuring timely processing and supplier relationship management.
• Assist with weekly payroll data preparation.
• Maintain the fixed asset register, including vehicle and equipment documentation.
• Support seasonal worker onboarding and compliance checks.
• Assist in site audits and reporting activities.
• Provide high-level administrative support, including reception duties and issuing worker ID cards.
• Uphold strong compliance and recordkeeping standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with SAP or similar systems (or a willingness to learn fast!).
• Excellent time management, organisation, and data accuracy skills.
• A can-do attitude, with a focus on customer service and results.
