Costa is Australia’s leading grower, packer and marketer of premium quality fresh fruit and vegetables. We nurture our people, cultivate our growing sites, and invest in ongoing research and development.

All the products we grow, and sell are fresh, nutritious, unprocessed, and grown on our very own farms or those of our partner growers. 

We will be seeking a number of skilled workers for our upcoming harvest season in Tasmania, multiple seasonal roles will be available across various departments, offering a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and rewarding agricultural environment.

Available Opportunities

Roles may include:

  • Machine and Equipment Operators
  • Tractor Operators
  • Forklift Operators (license required)
  • General Farm and Operational Support Roles
  • Irrigation Operators

Locations Include:

  • Sulphur Creek – Blueberries
  • Wesley Vale – Raspberries
  • Dunorlan – Blackberries
  • Lebrina - Blueberries

As operational requirements change throughout the season, employees must be flexible and willing to work across a variety of duties as required.

Work is available on a casual basis and is dependent on seasonal demands and weather conditions.

All employees will receive full training relevant to their role and duties. In some cases, a Work Health and Safety (WHS) assessment may also be required to ensure employees can safely perform the duties of the role.

  • Horticulture or trade experience is desirable but not a requirement.

Please note that some roles may involve physical work, including standing, walking, repetitive movements, lifting, and working in varying weather conditions.
