Export Documents Administrator

Due to continued export growth in the business, Costa is looking for two Export Documents Administrator’s to join our team, commencing in January 2022. This role is responsible for the coordination of the end-to-end export documentation processes for the category. A key component of this role is maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to our partners and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support Costa’s culture of care for People, Product and our Community
  • Daily creation of export documents for export shipments
  • Maintain compliance with destination country export document requirements
  • Liaise with sheds and freight forwarders in relation to container loading and distribution
  • Liaise with customs and other relevant parties
  • Liaise with customers directly as required to provide assistance with customer enquiries and take appropriate action to provide solutions
  • Customer invoicing and debtor recording
  • Coding and checking invoices from accounts payable
  • Working with management to continually develop and improve current reporting processes to meet the needs of the business
  • General assistance and administration support for Renmark office

Key Attributes and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • FMCG and/or fresh produce industry background advantageous
  • Exposure to customs, DOA and export documentation preparation
  • Strong understanding of the workings of an international supply chain
  • Intermediate-advanced level in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • BSM (or equivalent export documents program) exposure
  • SAP experience desirable (but not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
