Experienced Blackberry Pickers - Tasmania 2026/2027

We are currently seeking Blackberry Pickers to join our harvest team at our farm in Dunorlan, Tasmania for the 2026/2027 season.

Your Opportunity

As part of our harvest team, you will:

• Pick blackberries in line with crop forecasts and operational requirements.
• Be flexible and willing to work across other farm areas as required.
• Work on a casual basis, with hours dependent on crop availability and operational needs.
• Receive on-the-job training from experienced supervisors to ensure the highest fruit quality standards are maintained.
• Perform physically demanding work, including walking and repetitive movements of the hands, wrists, and arms.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have genuine blackberry picking experience (preferred).
• If you have previously worked for Costa, please include your Costa Payroll ID in your application.
• Have reliable transport, as our farms are located in regional areas and are not accessible by public transport.
• Be reliable, motivated, and productive.
• Work effectively within a diverse team environment and show respect for people from all cultural backgrounds.
• Enjoy working outdoors and take pride in producing high-quality fruit.
