All the products we grow, and sell are fresh, nutritious, unprocessed, and grown on our very own farms or those of our partner growers.  

Your opportunity:

• Picking blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries dependent on the crop forecast
• Must be flexible to work across other areas of the farm based on the crop forecast
• Work is available on a casual basis
• You will be trained by the supervisors on how to pick and pack the best quality fruit 
• It is a physical role which requires walking and small continuous movements of the wrists, hands, and arms 

• Genuine berry picking experience (Raspberry, Blueberry, Blackberry). Please provide Costa payroll ID if previously issued
• Reliable transport; our farm is regional and not accessible via public transport, bikes or e-vehicles 
• Determined, self-motivated, and productive
• Team-spirited and respectful across cultures
• Passionate about working outdoors and delivering high-quality produce
