Experienced berry pickers needed join our berry season in Northwest Tasmania.

Positions are available at:

Sulphur Creek – Blueberry Farm
East Devonport – Strawberry Farm
Wesley Vale – Raspberry Farms
Dunorlan / Bengeo – Blackberry Farm

About the opportunity:

This role involves picking high-quality berries under a performance-based system. Successful candidates will be employed on a casual basis, working regular rostered shifts, including weekends.

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Picking raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and/or strawberries
• Being flexible to work in other areas of the farm, depending on crop needs
• Performing physical tasks such as walking and repeated hand, wrist, and arm movements
• Following training provided by supervisors to pick and pack fruit to quality standards

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Genuine raspberry, blueberry, strawberry and or blackberry picking experience 

Please include your Costa Payroll ID (if previously issued), or upload proof (such as a payslip) that you have worked under a performance-based system (piece rate)

• A reliable vehicle and or guaranteed way to and from work. Our farm is regional, not accessible by public transport, bicycle or scooter.
• Accommodation.
• Be work hard, self-motivated and attention to details.
• Team spirited by working and communicating respectfully cross different cultures.
