Electrical Apprentice - Monarto

An exciting opportunity exists for an Electrical Apprentice to join a small and supportive team at our category-leading Mushroom Growing Facility in Monarto.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and working under the guidance of our qualified electrical and maintenance team, you’ll assist in the maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of electrical systems and automation equipment across an industry-leading, state-of-the-art facility. Operations run year-round, 52 weeks of the year, 7 days a week, supporting innovative vertical farming practices.

We’re looking for someone who is curious about how electrical and automated systems work, enjoys hands-on, practical problem solving, and has a desire to develop trade skills in a high-tech production environment. You will bring the following:

• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
• Demonstrated interest in electrical systems, robotics, or automation
• Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving using logic and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of electrical tools or circuits
• Customer-first approach (customers & co-workers)
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• A strong commitment to safe work practices
