Distribution Centre Support Roles – East Devonport, TAS.

Our Distribution Centre is a busy, central hub of activity. The support roles play a vital part in our team, helping ensure our premium-quality fruit is delivered to the right place at the right time for customers around the country.

• Intake Officer
• Dispatch Support
• Modified Atmosphere (MA) Operators
• Allocators
• Supervisor
  

About the opportunity to join us: 

These roles will be responsible for working with fresh producers in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure smooth daily operations.

Tasks vary, but are not limited to:

• Picking orders accurately according to customer requirements
• Stacking, wrapping, and staging completed orders
• Keeping the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and safe for storing fresh produce
• Following safe work procedures and working in a safe manner
• Working in a refrigerated environment (cool room)
• Operating electric pallet riders
• Being fit and able to consistently carry out lifting and bending tasks

   

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have previous warehouse (or similar) experience, this is advantageous but not essential
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve results
• Be able to work under pressure in a diverse team environment
• Be self-motivated and able to problem-solve
• Have basic computer skills
• Be committed and available to work through to the end of the season

Successful candidates will be employed on a casual basis and rostered for regular shifts, including weekends.
