Our Distribution Centre located in East Devonport is the central hub of activity. You will play an integral part of the supply chain process, as the role you perform ensures the product is delivered to the right place at exactly the right time to provide the highest quality of fruit to our consumers.

We are currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Drivers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are committed to maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack products.
• Transport materials efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets.

Skills & Experience

• Previous on-the-job forklift operating experience.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF).
• Competent and safety-focused forklift operator with strong driving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in busy, fast-paced environments.
• Sound understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work within a team environment.

• A steady and controlled approach to forklift operation.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously when required.
• You like the cold – these roles operate within our cold storage facilities
• You are available to work weekends – Costa operate on a 7-day rotating roster, whilst you will not work every weekend, weekend availability is important
• Be available to work over the Christmas and New Year Holidays

All employees will receive full training relevant to their role and duties. In some cases, a Work Health and Safety (WHS) assessment may also be required to ensure employees can safely perform the duties of the role.
