About the role:
In this role, you will support the Quality Assurance team within our fast-paced and dynamic pack shed environment. We’re looking for passionate quality champions to assist with the day-to-day operations of our blueberry production pack lines. You will play a key role in promoting a strong quality-focused culture—essential to the success of our 2025 season—with quality remaining your top priority at all times.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will:
- Previous experience or training in a food production or quality assurance role
- Strong communication skills, with intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Basic computer skills, including data entry
- Confidence using technology, particularly software applications on an iPad
- Reliable personal transport to travel to and from work
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
- Physical stamina to work on your feet all day in a cool room environment
- A driven, self-motivated attitude with a focus on productivity and performance
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work respectfully across diverse cultures
- Good judgment in assessing product quality and a strong sense of accountability
