What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Line Supervisor to join our packhouse operations at Curlwaa. This is a hands-on supervisory role working within a fast-paced fresh produce environment, initially as a casual opportunity with real potential to transition into a permanent position someone who demonstrates the right capability and commitment.

This role operates across rotating shifts including nights and weekends, so flexibility is essential. Above-award wages are on offer reflecting your experience and the role responsibility level.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee daily packhouse line operations, ensuring fruit is graded, packed and dispatched in line with quality and customer specifications
  • Monitor line performance, labour allocation and throughput to keep production running efficiently and minimise downtime
  • Lead, coach and support a team of line workers through setting expectations, maintaining engagement and ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the process, identifying defects, managing rejects and escalating any issues impacting product standards
  • Troubleshoot operational issues on the floor, coordinating with maintenance, QA and logistics teams to resolve problems quickly and keep lines moving.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience supervising staff in a production or packhouse environment
  • Fresh produce background, with citrus experience highly regarded
  • Sharp attention to detail - you'll notice what others miss
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset with good communication skills
  • Confidence directing a team and holding people accountable
  • Current Australian Work Rights required.
