Business Analyst

This position offers an opportunity to an ambitious and career minded individual wanting to be part of Australia’s largest grower and distributor of fresh fruit and vegetables. 

The Role Involves

  • Working within the business solutions team
  • Liaising with internal functional teams 
  • Gathering / Documenting requirements
  • Testing
  • Implementation Support

The successful candidate will have a proven Business Analysis background, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of BA tools, methodologies and approaches.  An understanding of IT systems and environments will be highly regarded.  In return, an excellent and friendly team environment is offered, with exciting and challenging new projects.

  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Advanced technical and documentation skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders from different levels of the organisation and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions, visions and goals
  • Demonstrated ability to map and analyse processes, and identify process improvements, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and process owners to adopt new work practices
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering of training across business levels
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Preferred Skills

  • Excel
  • Visio
  • Write SQL
  • Experience working in SAP, JIRA, Microsoft Office systems
  • Database Experience (MS SQL)
