Costa has an opportunity for an administration professional to join the team in our 2PH business in Emerald. You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of administration support with exceptional delivery of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support services
- Frontdesk reception duties such as managing walk in and telephone enquiries
- Manage the timely processing of invoices
- Assist with recruitment and induction of workers
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, in accordance with policies and procedures
- Monitor and update a range of computer-based applications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Proven administrative skills, including proficiency in using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing strong customer service
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and manage workloads
- SAP experience advantageous
