Administration Officer


Costa has an opportunity for an administration professional to join the team in our 2PH business in Emerald. You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of administration support with exceptional delivery of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support services
  • Frontdesk reception duties such as managing walk in and telephone enquiries
  • Manage the timely processing of invoices
  • Assist with recruitment and induction of workers
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor and update a range of computer-based applications
 About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Proven administrative skills, including proficiency in using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing strong customer service
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and manage workloads
  • SAP experience advantageous
