About the opportunity

Reporting to the Post Harvest Coordinator in Monarto, the Team Leader Warehouse focuses on the supervision & support of the Warehouse team and ensures the daily functions are managed and completed to deadlines.

We are looking for Day Shift Team Leader that can work across both AM shifts and weekends:  0600-1400 or 0900-1700

About you

You will be a natural people leader that is approachable and supportive and have demonstrated ability in prioritising competing tasks within a fast-paced environment.  You will be an open communicator and will have the drive and determination to meet timeframes while supporting employees to adhere to hygienic practices & product flow. Some of the responsibilities on shift will be to:

• Supervise & direct the daily operations of the Warehouse areas to support the delivery of speed to fridge
• Provide daily operational plans that meet the requirements of internal customers
• Resolve daily workflow issues ensuring efficient running of lines
• Ensure correct storage and rotation of product
• Ensure accurate & efficient order assembly
• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained
• Assist in managing performance and development team members
• Maintain compliance with all Company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance at all times with Food Safety and Quality requirements
  

You will bring:

• Experience in a leadership position ideally in food production
• Excellent communication

• Commitment to Health, Safety and Quality policies and procedures
• High Risk (Forklift) licence (preferred)

Please note some weekend & Public Holiday work will be required as part of ongoing rosters.
