About the role:

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the quality assurance team in our busy fast paced pack shed. We are on the hunt for our next quality champions who will assist with the day-to-day functions of our blueberry production pack lines. You will drive a positive quality culture which is detrimental to our 2024 season with quality being the highest of your priorities.

 About you: 

To be successful in this role you will: 

• Experience or training in a previous quality of food production role
• Have good communication skills - Intermediate/advanced English
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer skills – data entering
• Confidence with technology - of software programming using an iPad
• Have your own car, transport to and from work.
• Work a variety of shifts, both morning and afternoon
• Ability to work on your feet all day in a cool room environment
• Have the determination to be productive and make the most of our incentive program. 
• Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
• Foster team spirit, by working and communicating respectfully between cultures. 
• Have good judgement of quality and have accountability for your actions.

• Minimum $30.33 per hour
• All Costa Berries sites are classed as regional for Working Holiday 2nd and 3rd year visas.
