About the role

We have an opportunity for a Post-Harvest Coordinator to join a small and supportive team at our category leading Mushroom farm, based in Perth, Western Australia.

Reporting to the Harvest/Post-Harvest Manager, this hands-on role is focused on leading and overseeing the daily and weekly operations of the post-harvest teams within Prepack and Warehouse, supporting the delivery of speed to fridge, accurate palletisation, correct storage and rotation of product and accurate and efficient order assembly.

The role will involve and not be limited to providing daily operational plans that meet the requirements of internal customers, ensure organisation and set up of the post-harvest area to maximise efficiencies and enhance workflow, monitor progress of orders throughout the day and utilise labour effectively and ensure that labour costs are within specified budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, FMCG knowledge or relevant industry experience (preferred), HACCP knowledge and experience (desirable), ability to organise and prioritise work and flex to changes required. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage varying and conflicting demands to meet agreed standards and timelines, engage at all levels of the organisation and have a hands-on approach to working with teams and ensure open and transparent communication.
