We are currently looking for workers to join our Maintenance team at our Wesley vale farm in Tasmania.

About the opportunity to join us: 

• Farm workers to join our operations team – Task will include general farm hand, planting and manual handling (lifting, bending,stretching)
• Must be flexible to work across other Farm duties if needed as essential as tasks may vary on a daily or weekly basis 
• Work is available on a casual basis starting from September
• Mon-Fri some weekends for a day if required, workload driven
• It is a physical role which requires walking and small continuous movements of the wrists, hands, and arms 
• Farm experience, White card, working at heights desirable but not necessary
• Potential to transition to harvest operations for the right candidates

About you: 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Drivers Licence and transport essential
• The determination to be productive and make the most of our incentive program 
• Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail 
• Costa team spirit, by working and communicating respectfully between cultures 
• Passion for working outdoors 
• Good judgement of quality and have accountability for your actions
