We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our Maintenance teams at our farm located in Wesley Vale and Devonport!

About the roles

We are currently recruiting Farm Maintenance workers. The roles will involve working across multiple tasks, to keep our operations running smoothly. The roles will involve the following.

  • Planting
  • Trellising
  • Bag Prepping
  • Dripper Removal
  • Tucking
  • Weeding
  • Pruning
  • Potting
  • Roping
  • Tunnel Building
  • Netting
  • Runner Removal/Deflowers
  • Other duties

Tasks could vary on a daily or weekly basis and include both piece rate and hourly paid positions.

About you

We are looking for people who extensive experience of working in a farm environment, and who can demonstrate experience in multiple roles.

To be successful in this role you will;

  • Have experience of working within a farm environment across multiple roles
  • Be organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Have the ability to undertake strenuous work activities for extended periods of time in adverse weather conditions
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have effective problem-solving abilities
  • Have the ability to communicate well and work within a team
  • Be self-motivated
  • Must have car licence and own transport
  • Be fit and able manage a variety of manual labour farming activities
  • All training provided on site
  • Any white card/Height card, Tractor experience, equipment tickets or trade qualifications desirable but not required.
